Redefining personal training™ through highly individualized small group personal training - created because the historic one on one model is often far too expensive to afford for consistency and the boot camp approach lacks in individualizing. We individually assess every client and design specific exercises that will safely and effectively produce the best possible results. It is unsafe and unproductive to have all people perform all of the same exercises. Everyone has a different health history coupled with different goals and desires that we always consider when designing our training regimens. In addition, we provide detailed and ongoing nutritional accountability because the quality and quantity of food consumed can make or break even the best fitness regimens. Every personal trainer with us is certified through a nationally accredited agency (NCCA), and undergoes an initial and ongoing rigorous training process to ensure our service consistently exceeds expectations.
